A picture is worth a thousand words, and an impressive set of
maps can be an effective tool for communicating complex study results clearly and
concisely while providing visual impact. We're living in a fast-paced,
media-saturated world where colorful graphics are expected for a professional product and
are essential in order to grab the attention of your expected audience. If high
quality maps are important to your project, you've come to the right place. NWGIS
prides itself in producing some of the best cartographic products in the Pacific
Northwest. On the two occasions that we entered the poster contest at the Northwest
ARC/INFO User Conference, we received third place and second place awards, competing
against large state and local government agencies and other prominent GIS consulting
firms. We take special care to ensure that every map we produce is attractive,
readable, and clearly conveys the desired information. We're especially noted for
the quality of our small-format maps (8½x11" or 11x17"). We have
proprietary tools and procedures that enable us to use PC graphics software in conjunction
with ARC/INFO data and a high-resolution color inkjet printer to produce the best
small-format maps around.
